We offer small, supportive group activities designed to build confidence, social skills and wellbeing in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
1:1 supports are available for participants who prefer individual support or are preparing to transition into group activities.
Our groups focus on social connection, creativity and meaningful participation.Activities are suitable for a range of abilities and are delivered in small groups to ensure individual support.Participants may use their NDIS Core Support funding to attend.

Games Group
A relaxed group focused on social interaction and enjoyment through simple games.
Activities may include board games, card games and group challenges that encourage communication, confidence and teamwork.

Creative Painting
Participants can choose from blank canvas painting, paint by numbers, or stencil designs. Activities are suitable for all skill levels and focus on creativity, confidence and enjoyment.

Gem Art
A calming activity where participants place coloured gems onto a design to create a sparkling artwork.

Jewellery Making
Participants create bracelets, necklaces or other simple jewellery using beads and charms in a relaxed group setting.
